Created in 2003, the annual CMSB conference series brings together computer scientists, biologists, mathematicians, physicists and engineers interested in the system-level study, modeling, simulation, formal analysis and also design of biological systems.

The 22nd edition CMSB 2024 will be in Pisa, Italy, on 16-18th September 2024.

The 23rd edition CMSB 2025 is not yet decided.

The 24th edition CMSB 2026 will be part of FLoC 2026 in Lisbon, Portugal.

The 21st edition of CMSB conference CMSB 2023 was in Luxembourg on September 13-15th 2023.
